1. About Our Game
Trivia by The Gospel Games is a Bible-based quiz game rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. It is available on the following platforms:
- iOS (Apple App Store)
- Android (Google Play Store)
The game is built using Unity. It does not currently include multiplayer functionality, social sharing features, or in-app purchases. The game includes links to our official social media pages for informational purposes.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate and improve your gaming experience. The categories of information we collect are set out below.
a. Information You Provide Directly

- If you choose to sign in via Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) from those services to create or authenticate your account: Third-party sign-in

b. Information Collected Automatically

If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive information from those services solely to authenticate your account and enable account recovery. We do not receive payment information from these services.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To operate and deliver the game, including progress tracking, leaderboards, and in-game rewards
- To personalise your experience, such as offering tailored “how to play” guidance or adjusting game difficulty based on performance

- To maintain game and country leaderboards
- To communicate with you about updates, service changes, and respond to support requests
- To analyse usage patterns to improve game performance and content

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

We will update this section with specific provider names as our technical stack is confirmed. We do not knowingly share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Leaderboards
Trivia by The Gospel Games features game-wide and country-based leaderboards. Your username and score may be visible to other players on these leaderboards. If you do not wish for your information to appear on leaderboards, you may contact us to discuss your options, though note that leaderboard participation is a core feature of the game.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as local storage and device identifiers) to:
- Maintain your session and remember your preferences
- Analyse gameplay and usage patterns
- Improve game performance and user experience

7. Advertising
Trivia by The Gospel Games is currently free to play and is not monetised. We do not currently display advertisements within the game and do not currently collect data for advertising purposes. We may introduce advertising features in the future. If and when we do, we will update this Privacy
Policy before any such features are enabled, and we will obtain any required consents. Any advertising would be delivered in a manner appropriate for a game rated 4+ and suitable for all ages.
8. Data Retention
a. Active Accounts
We retain your personal information and user-generated content (“User Contributions”), including your game progress, quiz history, scores, collectibles, and account details, for as long as your account remains active. These are considered an integral part of your account.
b. Support Communications
Information submitted to our support email is retained to process your enquiry and improve our services. Support communications are kept for as long as your account remains active, or as long as necessary to resolve the matter in question.
c. Account Deletion
If you request deletion of your account, all associated personal information and User Contributions — including your reading history, game progress, and personal content — will be permanently removed from our systems. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
Please note: content you have shared publicly or with other users (for example, leaderboard entries visible to others) may remain visible to those users after your deletion request. Additionally, information you have shared with others about the game may remain visible to them or in third-party search engine caches until those services refresh.
9. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Trusted third-party vendors who assist us with hosting, analytics, authentication, and player support, under contractual obligations to protect your data: Service providers

Trivia by The Gospel Games is rated 4+ and is designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. We take children’s privacy seriously and adhere to the following:
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children beyond what is necessary to operate the game (username, country, and gameplay data)
- We do not display behavioural advertising, and any future advertising will be limited to contextual or age-appropriate formats
- We do not include chat, messaging, or social sharing features
- Notifications are based on gameplay activity and time zone only and do not involve contact with other players
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, or if you wish to review, update, or delete your child’s information, please contact us at the details provided in Section 13.
